Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). ButtahCream is considered a beauty product and cannot be returned due to product tampering, used products and unsanitary risks: Reasons detailed below: 

• Product tampering

  Tampered products are considered items with a broken seal, a product with fingerprints, or a product with a broken container. All of these products are considered damaged and cannot be returned. 

   
• Used products

  Used products are never put back on the shelves and are considered damaged. Damage products cannot be returned. 

    
• Unsanitary risk

  Used/Damaged/Tampered products, products with fingerprints, or products with broken seals are considered damaged and discarded to prevent the risk of illness and/or infection. Our company values quality, cleanliness, and satisfaction and in our quest to provide you this caliber product, we cannot in good faith distribute our products if they are considered any of the above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: ButtahCream is a moisturizing oil, so certain temperatures in transit may cause it to be more soft or liquid, or more harden than usual. The product is NOT damaged. If this should occur, please let the product sit for several hours in a room temperature (72 -74 degrees) environment, so that it may return to its buttery form. 

Replacements
If you are unhappy with the scent you purchased, you may purchase another ButtahCream scent or product at a one-time five (5) dollar discount. The fastest way to ensure you get your replacement is to contact buttahcreamskincare@gmail.com and make a separate purchase for the new item.
